Air Conditioning
If you have an old existing system that needs to be replaced or you're ready to upgrade from that swamp cooler, we can help. With systems starting at a 13 seer, (seasonal energy efficient ratio or MPG for air conditioners) going all the way to 21 seer. The 13 seer have a lower upfront cost but higher monthly bills to utility companies. Whereas 21 seer units have a higher upfront cost with much lower monthly bills to the utility company. Becoming more popular the Heat Pump which is also an air conditioner, actually reverses the flow of refrigerant turning your air conditioner to a heater. It actually removes heat from the outside and transfers it to your home all the way down to 0 Fahrenheit. Heat pumps are so efficient that for every dollar of energy you put into it, you get over three dollars of heat out of it. As opposed to a furnace where you put a dollar of energy into it and get a maximum of ninety-eight cents of heat out.
Heating
Building a new home, or just replacing the dinosaur in your furnace room, we can help find the perfect match for your comfort and budget needs. With basic furnaces, a two stage furnace or two stage variable furnace. The basic furnace is exactly that it comes on and it heats. With upgraded technology of course. No more pilot lights. The two stage furnace includes a special gas valve that upon a call for heat only opens 70% saving you 30% on your gas valve, now it stays in 1st stage for a designated time or temp, then if needed 2nd stage will open and deliver all 100% of gas needed. In recent studies it has shown 98% of the time they never leave 1st stage. The variable 2 stage, saves more energy yet, it has all the benefits of the two stage incorporated with a variable motor. The variable motor actually compensates for mis-sized ductwork. If you have temperature fluctuations in your home this furnace can help compensate for it, or if some vents seem to blow very hard and some barely if at all this furnace could fix that as well. With its unique design, it is capable of pushing so much more air than any standard furnace. the motor is also much more efficient than a standard motor. A standard motor costing as much as $1.00 per day and a variable motor costing as little as $.18 per day.
Indoor Air Quality
We have many different choices depending on yours and your families needs. We have humidifiers ranging from small bypass humidifiers for up to 1500 sq feet to steam humidifiers than can do up to 5500 sq feet. Filtration systems ranging from 1" pleated filters all the way to the American standard acculclean that filters 98% of all airborne particulates. It is also the only filter that removes and kills the flu virus according to Harvard university. The guardian air, air purifier is also a state of the art uv light that kills mold, bacteria, viruses, salmonella, smells, staph infection, and much more.

Whether you have just a furnace, or 3 furnaces, 2 air conditioners, 3 humidifiers, and three 5" filters. We can match the program to your needs. With membership to the program you receive either two or four inspections per year, a discount on regular service calls, priority scheduling on regular service, peace of mind in knowing your equipment has been checked and ready for the season, possible lower utility costs, and possible extended life of your equipment.
